Hello! My name is Olivia Batchelor. I recently graduated from The University of Alabama in Huntsville in May of 2022 with a degree in Elementary and Collaborative Education. I have experience working with grades K-5 and special education. I also have had experience tutoring middle school math. I enjoy making learning fun and exciting for my students. I believe that most learning gets done when the content is relatable and engaging. Besides teaching, I love going to concerts, doing art, and getting coffee! I am so excited to be tutoring at Ngenius!
Hello, my name is Andrew Creech! I'm originally from Henderson, TN, but I currently live in Chicago. I started working at Ngenius after graduating from UAH in 2019. I am currently a master's student at Northwestern University studying flute performance. After finishing my master's, I plan to go on to my doctorate and eventually become a professor, continuing to play and write music along the way. I've been tutoring at Ngenius Tutoring and Test Prep for three years, and I've loved every minute of it. Working with bright young students makes my job a joy! When I'm not tutoring or practicing, I enjoy hiking with my wife Carley, playing tennis, video gaming, reading, and cuddling with my two rabbits, Doppler and Roo!
Hey, I’m Andrew Cryer! I am originally from Cullman, Alabama and completed my undergraduate education at Boston University. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Political Science and Sociology. Prior to college, I worked as a journalist for The Cullman Tribune and I love to write. I joined the Ngenius team while taking a gap year before enrolling in a graduate Public Policy program. When not in the office, I can be found at the nearest park or exploring the Huntsville area for new and unique restaurants. I love to help fellow lifelong scholars and learn just as much from them as they do from me.
Hello! My name is William Current, and I’m currently studying Electrical Engineering at UAH. I’ve always enjoyed learning, and I enjoy tutoring as it allows me to share what I’ve learned while helping others have a positive educational experience. I tutor all levels of Math through calculus III, Physics, Chemistry, as well as Reading Comprehension and Writing. When I’m not studying or working, I tend to read. If I’m not with another client, you’ll probably see me with a book when you come in! I look forward to helping you on your academic journey.

Hi! My name is Lucien Treville, and I am currently a student at UAH pursuing a double major in math and physics alongside a double minor in Spanish and computer science. In high school, I completed the IB program with top marks and began my journey as a tutor. Similar to many students coming in, I used to have less confidence in my academic abilities until a teacher gave me a gentle nudge and guided me. I aim to support all the students I work with in the same way that my teacher helped me. Outside of academics, I enjoy hiking, going to concerts, skating, and rock climbing.
Hi! I'm Lauren, and I'm an English and technical communications graduate student / Graduate Research Assistant at UAH. I've tutored ACT / SAT test prep for three years, during which I've been super lucky to work with intelligent, hilarious, and driven kids. I've gotten serious joy out of getting to know my students, meeting them where they're at, and giving straightforward, pragmatic instructions in order to help simplify concepts that can feel more complicated. I'm looking forward to working with you.
Hello, my name is Sean Young! I have spent the last 12 years working with students to help build their confidence and creativity in STEM subjects and 8 years guiding them through standardized testing. I started teaching as an undergraduate chemistry student, conducting labs and recitations for UAB. Since then, I’ve worked with a wide variety of students from those struggling with the fundamentals to those looking for depth and nuance that their classes don’t provide. I always try to instill a sense of academic exploration in my students, but I also understand that that kind of creativity only happens when the pressure is off, and the coursework is out of the way.
